Beraldo has over 25 years of clinical experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. Beraldo has worked with NSW Rugby Union, National League Soccer teams as well as a number of local Illawarra Football Clubs. He has lectured, part time, for the Department of Education, University of Wollongong. and also worked with Metabolic Rehabilitation Programs at the University Medical Clinics of Camden and Campbelltown. Beraldo has an interest in Obesity related disorders and Coccydynia. Beraldo is a keen runner. He has completed numerous half marathons including the Coastal Classic.
Beraldo carries out work place assessment functional's for HR providers. He works closely with neurologist, neurosurgeons, rheumatologist's, pain specialist and rehabilitation physicians. Beraldo is currently working extensively with orthopaedic surgeons in post operative rehabilitation programs for their patients, particularly shoulder rehabilitation, as well as other musculoskeletal conditions to provide a patient focused service, not a time focused practice. Beraldo has recently completed Explain Pain Course and Graded Motor Imagery Course.

Zoë is Illawarra Physiotherapy's consulting physiotherapist. She began as an Exercise Physiologist, then continued her studies to achieve a Masters in Physiotherapy, and following the birth of her first child began specialising in using physiotherapy to treat pelvic floor conditions. There are many specialists for female pelvic health, including Zoë, but she has also focused on male pelvic health treatment, a very under-serviced niche about which she is very passionate.

Dr Dean Zekis Osteopath, Grad Dip, Clinical Science (Osteo paeds), Somatic Acupuncture. Medical Herbalism.
With degrees in Osteopathic paediatrics, clinical science, cranial paediatrics, somatic acupuncture and medical herbalism, Dean has over 25 years of osteopathic philosophy and practice to his name.
Dean has a special interest in paediatrics, geriatrics, visceral osteopathy, biomechanical dysfunction and nutritional advice. He is also a SMART DNA consultant for genetic profiling.
His knowledge of herbal and nutritional medicine, sports rehabilitation, bio-mechanical postural therapy and general well-being allows him to monitor and regulate patients’ immunity and inflammation, affecting all types of diseases and conditions.
He is a present Member of O.A. (Osteopathy Australia), Member of A.C.A (American Cranial Academy) and a Member of Australian Acupuncture Association.

Since training in Britain, Dinah has been teaching Alexander Technique in Canberra and on the South Coast for 20 years.
The Technique enables the student to acquire mind-body awareness and develop skills to help with back problems, poor posture and use, breathing and vocal difficulties, RSI, performance anxiety and other stress related-conditions.
